my fam is so funny

last sun, my mom got her new iphone4s the day before
so she got really excited &dl-ed the whats app

so my dad started requesting to send each other pictures to put as contact pics
we went on for quite awhile

esp my sis'

then i created a whats app group specially for my fam

anw my dad's really mean
he came into my room one day &i asked him
"yes?" as per usual
then he said this last week
"nothing, just come see your fatty legs HAHAHAHAH"

since we're still living in the world,

we're bound to face hurts, disappointments, rejections, trials.

I've always thought I was a mundane-no talent student. That is, until God helped me realise that I excelled in 2 things: 1) Sports 2) Communicating effectively. Although I've had many physical injuries due to my activeness I was in sports, the passion for it never stopped me. I've always wanted to know how things work the way they do. This inquisitiveness of mine drove me into analysing the human body. When I read the curriculum overview of Sports Science & Management, I can't help but to feel I already am a sports science student. This is what I really love; I will give my all to excel in this course.

I only realised that I was able to communicate well when I was studying in the polytechnic. When my core science and mathematics modules didn't help me much in attaining a good G.P.A, my language modules excelled. Majority of my distinctions and A's came from my language modules. I've been trained the past 5 years in communicating both verbally and on paper. I've led tribes in camps for about 100 youths, been a leader in church for 5 years now-that requires me to lead discussion every week and on top of that I am also the Head Usher of my Youth Service in church. All these activities required me to know what other people wanted, disseminate information correctly, expressing my thoughts out in a way people can understand and so on. In addition to all my involvements, I actually do enjoy every single one of them. Whatever challenges Communication Studies have for me, I believe I'll be able to overcome with the determination that kept me going all these while. This is definitely the course for me.
